The champagne is fresh and uncluttered. It has aromas of green apple, iodine, limestone. After a few seconds the nose is becoming deeper and evolves toward notes of pineapple, yellow peach, mandarin peel, or marshmallow. You will appreciate the creamy and melted effervescence and the mineral, citrus fruits, and salted aromas of this wine.
This Champagne is the true expression of the Terroir. We suggest serving it at 8 or 9°C with oysters, Japanese sashimi, or sea food in general.
